Visual 50 is a free educational Italian vocabulary service. All 50 words are accessible without an account. These terms apply to the current free service; there are no paid-course, payment or subscription terms here. Last updated: 28 October 2026.
Learning and optional accounts
Visual associations and practice are learning aids, not a promise of fluency or a professional qualification. You can use the service anonymously. An optional account lets you authenticate by email and save progress across devices; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Use an email you are entitled to access and keep login codes private. Do not share codes or access tokens. You are responsible for reasonable care of your device and account. Contact us if you believe access is unauthorized. Browser data removal can erase local progress; cloud synchronization may be delayed or unavailable.
Reasonable use and intellectual property
Use the service lawfully and do not attack, disrupt, circumvent security, impersonate others or attempt to access another person's data. Do not use it to distribute malicious software or automated abuse.
The service's original learning materials, images, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the learning experience for personal education; these terms do not grant rights to redistribute the original content commercially. Statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
Availability and third-party services
We aim to keep the service available but may maintain, update or interrupt it. Account, cloud, email, hosting and security functionality relies on third-party services. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all browser-stored data will be recoverable. We will act reasonably when changes affect use of the service.
Responsibility and your rights
Please use reasonable care and contact us about errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not create a paid subscription or remove protections available under the law of your country.
Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy policy explains personal-data processing and the Cookie policy explains browser storage and optional choices. You can request help or account/data deletion by emailing alex@eyecatchingitalian.com. You can also delete your account yourself under Account → Manage account; this does not change newsletter or other marketing subscriptions.
We may update these terms to reflect reasonable changes to the free service. Contact us if you have questions about the version applying to your use.
